To contact support:
- Log in to My Account on magento.com
- Click on "Partner Portal" Tab on top of My Account
- Expand "Support" within left-side menu
- This will take you to our new consolidated (Zendesk) Support System dashboard.
- You will only be able to see ‘Submit a Ticket’ if you have at least one Shared Access to Support.
